Quantum textures in magic-angle graphene

What is the nature of the correlated phases in magic-angle graphene? We answer this question by zooming-in to the atomic scale with scanning tunneling microscopy. Imaging of the many-body wavefunction reveals exotic quantum textures at the various correlated phases in MATBG. We develop a novel symmetry-based analysis framework to allow us to distinguish between theoretical ground state candidates in our measurements. Are there implications for superconductivity?
